Deliveries of oil products from Exolum terminals to the Spanish market increased by 16.8% in December compared to the same period of the previous year, although they remain 3.7% below December 2019 levels.

Deliveries of oil products from Exolum terminals to the Spanish market during December reached 3.3 million cubic metres, 16.8% more than in the same period of the previous year, after correction of the seasonal effect. Compared to the prepandemic period – December 2019 – deliveries remain 3.7% below their level in 2019 after correcting for the calendar effect.

Analysed by product type, deliveries of gasolines remained 1.4% more than in December 2019, and diesel fuel outflows were 4% lower than in the same period of 2019. Overall, motor fuel outflows reached 2.2 million cubic meters, standing 2.9% below their level in 2019, although 12.4% above their level in 2020.

Regarding the total for diesel fuels (automotive + off road + heating oil), deliveries amounted 2.47 million cubic metres, 0.7% less than in 2019 December and 7.6% more than the same period of 2020.

Lastly, deliveries of kerosenes exceeded 377,000 cubic metres, representing a decrease of 24.3% compared with December of 2019 and an increase of 141.7% compared to December of 2020.
