Exolum renews its certification efr company

Exolum has renewed the efr certification in work-life balance, which is awarded by the Másfamilia Foundation, after successfully passing the relevant audit. The company has obtained the “B+ proactive company” rating.
The efr certification requires the implementation of working procedures and methodologies that allow for the definition of a set of work-life balance measures, objectives and action plans, indicators, model performance monitoring and measuring tools, as well as training and communication actions.
The renewal of the efr certification in these terms means that Exolum is highly regarded in work-life balance matters and it also represents an endorsement of the policies implemented to favour diversity and inclusion, professional development and the balance between work, personal and family life, promoting actions aimed at creating a flexible working environment and focusing on employees’ satisfaction to strengthen their commitment and motivation.
Exolum first obtained the efr certification in 2008 in recognition of its HR policy and the company’s commitment to creating a flexible and diverse working environment. With this certification, Exolum confirms its commitment to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 5 ‘Gender equality’, SDG 8 ‘Decent work and economic growth’ and SDG 3 ‘Good health and well-being’.
