The CLH Group renews its EFR certification and improves its classification

  • The company is classified as “B+ proactive company” after an audit performed by AENOR

The CLH Group has renewed its EFR certification on conciliation, awarded by the Fundación Másfamilia, after successfully passing an audit performed by AENOR. The company has obtained the classification of “B+ proactive company”, one level above its previous certification, when CLH was classified as “B proactive company”.

Thanks to this classification, awarded to only 19 companies out of the 400 that are certified, CLH has significantly increased both the quantitative and qualitative consideration of the company’s conciliation model.

The renewal of the EFR certification in these terms maintains CLH at a high level of consideration with regard to conciliation and, at the same time, means an improvement in the recognition of the policies implemented over recent years to promote balance in the professional, personal and family life of the people who form part of the CLH Group.

CLH obtained the EFR certification on conciliation in 2008, in recognition of its HR policy and its commitment to creating a flexible work environment. The certification was renewed in 2012. The company continues to participate actively in EFR Forums organised by the Fundación Másfamilia.
