The CLH Group has donated non-medical, but essential, supplies to 21 hospitals and 9 retirement homes in over 20 Spanish provinces in order to help those affected by COVID-19 to cope with this situation as well as possible.

CLH has cooperated with hospitals and retirement homes located in places where it has infrastructures and those with which it has direct links because family members of company staff either work there or have been admitted as patients.

For the aid to be as useful as possible, CLH contacted all the centres to confirm which items were urgently needed. The company then delivered the goods thanks to the voluntary cooperation of staff from different facilities.

Among other goods, the company has donated over 1,000 toiletry kits, as those infected with COVID-19 cannot be visited by their families to provide personal care items, and 450 radios to offer a leisure alternative for patients during their stay in hospital. It has also provided thermometers, televisions, reusable water bottles, pulse oximeters, pill dispensers, shower slippers, mobile phone chargers and table clocks, so that isolated patients can keep to their medication schedule.

The CLH Group has cooperated with a total of 30 hospitals and retirement homes in 21 provinces, located in Madrid, Barcelona, Girona, Zaragoza, Palma de Mallorca, Castellón, Valencia, Murcia, Seville, Málaga, Cádiz, Granada, Huelva, Badajoz, Toledo, Ciudad Real, Valladolid, Zamora, Segovia, Salamanca and Cantabria.

Several hospitals and retirement homes, as well as the Regional Health Ministry of Madrid, have expressed their gratitude to the company for the solidarity demonstrated in these difficult circumstances.
