The Board of Directors of CLH appoints two new directors, Thaddeus Austin Thomson and Carlos María Olazábal Estecha

At its meeting held today, the Board of Directors of CLH agreed to appoint by co-option Thaddeus Austin Thomson and Carlos María Olazábal Estecha to fill the positions left vacant by proprietary directors Ahmed Hassan Al-Dheeb and Kartera1, S.L. respectively, this latter as a result of its resignation.
 
In addition, Carlos María Olazábal Estecha was appointed as member of the Audit Committee, replacing Kartera1, S.L.

Thaddeus Austin Thomson holds a degree in Law from the Catholic University of Andrés Bello (Caracas) and a master’s degree in International Business Law from the University of London. He has held positions of responsibility in various companies related to the oil sector and, since 2014, he has been an Advisor in the Executive Office of Oman Oil Company.

Carlos María Olazábal Estecha holds a degree in Economics from the University of the Basque Country. He has worked as an independent professional and has also served as Managing Partner of the professional firm Olazabal&Asesores, specialised in tax, business and bankruptcy proceedings. He has served as director of various private companies in Spain, Morocco, Romania and Uruguay and has also held positions of responsibility in institutional entities.
