Madrid, January 16, 2025. Exolum has renewed its ‘Top Employer 2025’ certification, a recognition that positions it among the companies with the best human resources management practices, and which reaffirms the excellence of the company’s professional environment as an employer that preserves stable and quality work so that Exolum’s professionals can develop professionally

With this certification, Exolum is one of the 2,400 companies worldwide and among the 139 in Spain that stand out for excellence in their people management practices, after passing a rigorous process of analysis by the Top Employers Institute.

This organisation, which awards these recognitions, has assessed the company’s efforts in the area of Human Resources, satisfactorily completing the six stages of its HR Best required to qualify for the award. To do so, the process analysed and evaluated 22 different topics such as people strategy, work environment, talent acquisition, diversity and inclusion, as well as learning and wellness programmes, among others. During the qualification phase, Exolum’s score was checked against an international standard, in which it achieved Top Employer status for the year 2025.

Cristina Jaraba, Exolum’s Global People Lead, said: ‘We are very pleased to have obtained for the second consecutive year this recognition that places us as a Top Employer 2025 company. This achievement endorses the company’s efforts to promote values such as diversity and equality in its management, promoting initiatives that favour family reconciliation, attracting talent and professional and personal development. As an employer brand, at Exolum we seek to promote stable and quality employment by promoting physical, emotional and social wellbeing programmes for all our employees’.
