Deliveries of oil products from CLH terminals to the Spanish market decreased by 56.3% in April due to the COVID-19 crisis

Deliveries of oil products from CLH Group terminals to the Spanish market during April reached 1.5 million cubic metres, 56.3% less than in the same period of the previous year, after correction of the seasonal effect, influenced by the movement restriction measures decreed by the Government to face the COVID-19 crisis.

Analysed by product type, deliveries of gasolines experienced a decline of 78,6% and automotive diesel decreased by 56.6%. 

Deliveries of automotive fuels as a whole decreased by 61.0% and amounted 0.9 million cubic metres.

Regarding the total for diesel fuels (automotive + off road + heating oil), deliveries amounted more than 1.3 million cubic metres, 43.1% less than in the same period of 2019.

Lastly, deliveries of kerosenes exceeded 42,000 cubic metres, representing a decrease of 92.8% compared with April of last year.

Contingency Plan

The CLH Group maintains its contingency plan to protect the health of everyone working within the company and to ensure operations at its infrastructures and fuel supply. In accordance with the measures foreseen in this plan, CLH facilities operate as usual and without incidents in the development of its activities.
