The CLH Group has been presented with the award “Human Factor Management” during the Fifth Edition of the International Awards for the Best Business Model, which are organised every year by the multinational consulting firm Development Systems in cooperation with the Association for the Advancement of Management (APD).

The Managing Director of the CLH Group, Salvador Guillén, was given the award by the corporate General Manager of Grupo Eulen, Juan Jordano, in a ceremony held this morning in the Hesperia Hotel (Madrid). The winners and jury members explained and discussed the keys of the business models that were awarded.

Some of the main initiatives carried out by CLH in the past few years include the approval of a new performance evaluation system aligned with the Company’s strategic objectives, the implementation of a feedback system which encourages employees to submit their ideas on improvement in an easy and direct way, and the deployment of communication campaigns to reinforce knowledge of CLH’s strategy and involve people within the Company in its development.

The International Awards for the Best Business Model were set up five years ago to recognise those companies with the most solid business models adapted to current needs.
For this edition, the jury was comprised of executives from leading Spanish companies in sectors as diverse as energy, telecommunications, automotive and banking.
