Fraternidad-Muprespa rewards the commitment to safety of the CLH Group

  • The mutual insurance company recognises the efforts made by the company to promote risk prevention at work and reduce occupational accidents below the industry average

CLH and CLH Aviación have been awarded a certificate of recognition by Fraternidad-Muprespa for their commitment to safety and reduction of the workplace accident rate.

With this award, the mutual insurance company that collaborates with the National Social Security authority rewards the efforts made by the CLH Group to promote the prevention of occupational risks and work-related accidents, as well as to reduce its accident rate below the industry average.

The CLH Group carries out several activities in this regard, including implementation in 2008 of a safety-specific programme under the name “Zero is possible”, intended to establish a proactive risk prevention culture among its employees.

The implementation of this programme has resulted in a wide variety of activities, workshops and awareness-raising campaigns that take place periodically. These initiatives have made it possible for the CLH Group to end 2015 with a Total Frequency Rate of 3.89 accidents per million hours worked, representing half of the average in the sector in which the company operates.

Fraternidad Muprespa held an official awards ceremony at the Madrid office of the National Institute of Safety and Hygiene at Work that was attended by the managing director of Fraternidad-Muprespa, Carlos Aranda, and the director of the Social Security Organisation, Rafal Barberá, among others.
