Exolum has obtained the “Top Employer 2026” certification for the third consecutive year. This distinction recognises the company’s human resources policies and its efforts to provide a stable working environment that creates opportunities for its professionals to develop their potential. To achieve this certification, the company completed a six-phase audit process under the HR Best methodology, carried out by the Top Employers Institute. The analysis evaluated 22 categories, including people strategy, work environment, equity, talent acquisition and learning programmes. After comparing its results with international standards, the organisation has validated Exolum’s position as a benchmark employer for 2026 in Spain.
