Women in Movement (WIM)

We foster a courageous and inclusive space where women and allies come together to exchange perspectives, challenge norms, and move from awareness to meaningful action.

In 2024, we reactivated Women In Movement (WIM), a network committed to levelling the playing field for women and connecting female employees and male allies, both regionally and globally. Originally launched in Spain in 2019, following a brief pause during the pandemic, WIM made a strong return in March 2024 to mark Women’s History Month, expanding its reach beyond Spain to NWE and LATAM.

The network is structured into two regional chapters: Spain & LATAM and NWE. While each chapter tailors its initiatives to local needs, both collaborate closely by sharing best practices and presenting a united front in support of gender equity, embodying the “One Exolum” vision. WIM focuses on 3 key areas to drive gender equality: Allyship, Career Development and Policy Change.

I truly enjoy co-moderating the Circle of Listening because it gives me the opportunity to connect with others and gain new perspectives. It’s a meaningful way to contribute to creating a more inclusive and supportive environment.
