Enhancing employability

We believe in creating opportunities that empower individuals with the skills and confidence to succeed. Through strategic partnerships, we’re helping people with intellectual disabilities build autonomy, critical thinking, and readiness for the workforce.

In 2024, we have joined forces with the Adecco Group Foundation through its Skills School, a programme designed to boost employability through skills development and retraining, aimed specifically at people with intellectual disabilities. This initiative promotes autonomy and critical thinking and provides participants with the tools they need to thrive in conventional work environments.

In 2024, we partnered with the Prodis Foundation to take part in one of their flagship initiatives: the Avanzas Pre-University Programme. Designed to support young people with intellectual disabilities as they prepare to enter the workforce, the programme saw Exolum employees leading a series of masterclasses on Artificial Intelligence.

It has been a truly rewarding experience in every way: creating a learning space by adapting content of varying complexity into accessible and relatable language tailored to the needs of the Prodis Foundation’s students; witnessing the different ways in which these new technologies can impact their future career prospects; and feeling their enthusiasm and gratitude with each new piece of content we shared with them.
