Next_Gen is our intergenerational programme that promotes the exchange of knowledge and experience between employees of dierent generations. It is designed to encourage mutual learning, strengthen collaboration, and recognise the value that each generation brings to the workplace.
The programme aims to honour the contribution of long-standing colleagues whose experience has shaped the company over time, while also supporting the integration and development of newer generations. It creates space for open conversations where everyone is invited to share ideas, reflect on our values, and learn from one another.
Next_Gen has been very well received within the company and has allowed us to hear inspiring stories from colleagues with long-standing careers. It offers a unique opportunity to create spaces for intergenerational dialogue, share different perspectives, and continue building together a richer, more collaborative culture that’s ready for the future.
