Steve Land is a Mechanical Engineer and holds a first-class master’s degree in Engineering and Management. He has more than 30 years of international experience in the energy sector. Before joining Exolum, he was Chief Executive Officer of Alkane Energy, where he led the company’s power generation and onshore gas exploration businesses. He joined Exolum in 2014, after participating in the privatisation of the former Oil and Pipelines Agency, and led the insourcing of Operations and Maintenance. He subsequently took on responsibilities for Operations, Technology and HSSE. In 2024, he was appointed NWE Lead and, since 2026, he has been CEO NWE at Exolum.
