Javier Goñi has a degree in Law and Economics from ICADE and an MBA from INSEAD, as well as an extensive, decorated professional career. After 10 years at McKinsey, where he was made partner, in 2002 he joined the Fertiberia Group, leading the group for the last 22 years. He has also chaired the Spanish and European fertiliser industry associations and has served as a director of a number of construction and engineering companies. Javier Goñi joined Exolum as CEO on 1 April 2025.
