Javier Alonso holds a degree in Industrial Engineering, specialising in Mechanical Engineering, from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and a PDD from IESE. He joined the company in 1999 as a Pumping Stations Manager and subsequently held various positions of responsibility in Operations and Technology. In 2012, he was appointed Head of Technical Services and Operations Control and, in 2013, Deputy Director of Operations Technology. In 2015, he became Deputy Asset Technical Director in the United Kingdom. He is currently Global HSSE Tech & Ops CoE Director at Exolum.
