Cristina Jaraba holds a degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid and has completed executive programmes at IESE and ESADE. She began her career with IBM and Aries Ingeniería before joining Andersen Consulting as Project Manager. In 1997, she joined the company’s Aviation division, holding several positions before becoming Deputy Director of Aviation Operations in 2012. In 2015, she was appointed HR Director and, since October 2020, has served as Exolum’s Global People Lead, overseeing People, Communications and Transformation, while driving the company’s culture, new ways of working and employee engagement.
