Áurea Gómez has built a distinguished career in the people function, with more than 30 years of professional experience across multinational companies and industrial environments. Throughout her career, she has led international teams and people strategies across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, supporting business growth, organisational transformation and talent development. Before joining Exolum in 2026 as Chief People Officer, she held People & Communications responsibilities for Europe at KONE, a global leader in urban mobility solutions, supporting an organisation of more than 17,000 employees across 35 countries. Áurea holds a Law degree from the Complutense University of Madrid and an Executive MBA from IE Business School.
