Cristina Fernández holds degrees in Law and Business Administration from ICADE E-3, Universidad Pontificia Comillas. She began her professional career at Uría Menéndez and subsequently joined Ferrovial’s General Secretariat, where she held various positions of responsibility before being appointed Director of Corporate Legal Affairs. She later joined Telefónica, where she served as Legal Director for Mergers and Acquisitions, Finance and Advisory until February 2022. In March 2022, she joined Exolum as General Secretary and Secretary to the Board of Directors.
