Carlos Molina holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). He began his career at a technology start-up and subsequently spent 10 years at The Boston Consulting Group, specialising in the energy sector, followed by four years at bp, where he led strategy for Iberia and supply and logistics for Europe and Africa. He joined Exolum in 2017 as Corporate Director of Strategy and Business Development. In 2020, he was appointed Network Commercial Director in Spain and, since 2026, he has been VP Strategy and Business Development, Global Midstream Aviation.
