The share capital of Exolum Corporation, S.A., the parent company of the Exolum Group, which operates in the market under the Exolum brand name, is €84,629,155.20. It is represented by 70,524,296 shares divided into three classes:
- Class C: 68,279,401 registered shares
- Class B: 465,846 bearer shares (non-voting)
- Class D: 1,779,049 bearer shares
All shares are fully subscribed and paid up. Class C and D shares are ordinary shares, while Class B shares are non-voting shares. The latest amendment to the share capital was an increase approved at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on 17 June 2019, which saw the creation of class B non-voting shares.
