Distribution of share capital

The parent company of the Exolum Group, Exolum Corporation, S.A., is regulated by Royal Decree-Law 6/2000 of 23 June. This legislation states that:

• No natural or legal person may hold, directly or indirectly, more than 25% of the capital or voting rights of the company.
• The sum of the shareholdings (direct or indirect) of shareholders with refining capacity in Spain may not exceed 45%.
