Ricardo Gutiérrez holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and a degree in Business Administration and Management from UDIMA, together with postgraduate studies in International Business and Management at CEF-UDIMA and IESE. He joined the company in 2010 and has developed his career in Integrity, Projects and Engineering, both in Spain and the United Kingdom. He has held positions including Integrity Strategy Manager, Project Delivery Manager, Head of Engineering and Engineering Lead, and has been a member of the Spain Management Committee. Since April 2026, he has been Global Engineering Director at Exolum.
