Luke Robbins holds a first-class master’s degree in Chemistry from University College London (UCL) and has more than 15 years of experience in the energy sector. Throughout his career, he has held roles in midstream infrastructure, supply and trading, strategy and business development at ExxonMobil, Chevron and Exolum. At Exolum, he played a key role in the commercialisation of UK Government pipeline contracts and in the commercial integration of the NWE business following the acquisition of Inter Terminals. Since February 2026, he has been VP Strategy and Business Development, Global Energy Logistics.
