The core mission of the Alliance for Vocational Training, as part of the Modernisation Plan for Vocational Training implemented by the Spanish Ministry of Education and Vocational Training, is to develop initiatives that contribute to creating Vocational Training that is efficient, dynamic and of excellence and which favours initial and continuous training.

Therefore, Exolum will cooperate in the development of a quality Vocational Training system that promotes the personal and professional growth of students through their insertion in the labour market.

Cristina Jaraba, Exolum’s Global People Lead, has pointed out that “At Exolum, we are extremely proud of being part of this alliance led by the Ministry of Education and aimed at fostering the Vocational Training System in Spain, thus contributing to training future professionals and facilitating their insertion in the labour market. Exolum has agreements in place with Vocational Training centres across the country in the places where we are present, so that young professionals can have internships with us and may even join our company and develop their professional career with us.”

Exolum is strongly committed to the generation of quality jobs and, in this regard, it is actively working on offering a satisfactory working environment and an attractive professional career to everyone within the company. For such purpose, it has policies regarding training, professional development, work-life balance, diversity, attraction and retention of talent and health and safety at work.
